Our goal is to remove impediments that keep you from being happy and productive.  The majority of those I have worked with since 2000 have found that it is unresolved trauma that is behind those impediments.  I have been trained so our sessions will be tempered to be gentle yet productive without you having to relive past traumas while resolving them at the same time.
